With prominent notes of grapefruit and pine, this Black Pale Ale boasts a near-black appearance achieved through Sinamar, derived from debittered Carafa malt. Contrary to expectations, it avoids any unwanted roastiness, offering a complex interplay of appearance and flavour. Pairs impeccably with grilled citrus chicken salad.
