Made in collaboration with Short Finger Brewing Co., this IPA looks westward to a time when "C hops" like Centennial, Cascade, Citra, and Columbus ruled. This style has monstrous waves of resinous pine and an undercurrent of low malt sweetness to repeatedly pull you in—just like it drew us into the rising world of craft. Amazing with cheeseburgers.
