We were joined by Block 3 from St. Jacobs to brew this “Kölsch-style” beer that pays homage to the hybrid-style from Cologne, Germany. Using a fast-acting yeast and a slow, cold fermentation period, the result is a straw yellow beer that pours crystal clear. This light lager alternative is crisp and refreshing with mild fruity esters. Pairs perfectly with flatbread.
