Hello beach season! This smooth and creamy IPA was made with toasted coconut and uses El Dorado, Galaxy, and Mosaic hops—providing notes of pineapple and passionfruit for a full tropical effect. Lactose was added to enhance the subtle coconut character and provide a full-bodied mouthfeel.
