Far less bitter than IPAs, this copper-hued English Bitter is essentially a British style of pale ale that is medium-bodied with low residual malt sweetness and medium hop bitterness. It's very sessionable at 4.6% ABV and pairs well with roasted chicken, fish and chips, or firm English cheeses. Best served at cellar temperature.
