Our third collaboration with Granite Brewery pulls inspiration from the West where traditional “C” hops like Columbus, Centennial, and Cascade gained early notoriety. It finds the perfect balance of subtle caramel sweetness and the classic bitterness that the West Coast style is known for. Expect notes of floral and spice on the palette alongside aromas of candied citrus that will continually draw you in. Pairs well with roast chicken, fish & chips, and bold cheeses.
